All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in and to the Services are owned by Empirical Tuition exclusively. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS or visual design elements without express written permission from Empirical Tuition.

We may, in our discretion and without liability to you, with or without cause, with or without prior notice, and at any time, decide to limit, suspend, deactivate or cancel your Empirical Tuition account.
